Good afternoon, colleagues! I am doing a bit of research right now for our faculty as we re-evaluate our discipline processes. As our school has grown, we have found it increasingly difficult to mentor, discipline, and correct students and still maintain our teachers as primary authorities. Do you employ any particular discipline process or philosophy you'd care to share? We are especially desirous of learning more about how other school address 2nd offenses. We have some faculty interest in sending students home, but also concerns about removing children from instruction while reinforcing with out families that faithful attendance at school is crucial. When teachers give warnings or corrections and yet a behavior continues, what processes do you put in place?

I know you asked in June, but I am wondering if you found anything helpful and how you all have implemented things? What is going well? What is still a problem?
