Do any of you use or recommend a helpful website or app to help with scheduling parent-teacher conferences? If so, please share!
Did you end up figuring something out? We're pretty old-school with this. There are spreadsheets at the front office organized by teacher and time slot. Parents sign up there.
Last year our school began using Veracross for all of our gradebooks, databases, event sign-ups, calendars, and a host of other things. When parent-teacher meeting time rolls around, parents can log in and schedule their meeting that way.
Hi Megan, We ended up using a free service called Calendly. It got the job done and was probably easier than the paper route, but it wasn't really ideal for scheduling multiple teachers.
Patrick, I'll have to have our administrator check out Veracross. Right now we use Alma, but it sounds like Veracross may have more capabilities. Thanks for the suggestion!
I'm not sure if you're still looking for a solution, but our school uses Sign-up Genius. It seems to work well.
Thank you, Paul. That may be just what we need!
